A series of brutal murders lead a pair of Asian American police officers down a deadly path in San Francisco's Chinatown. As a gangland threatens to erupt between an established Chinese crime family and the Russian mafia, Detectives Chin and Okada try to solve the mystery of the notorious "China Doll" killer.
