On November 30 2004, the day the Portuguese government collapsed, Manuel Jo?o Vieira and his satirical rock band Ena Pá 2000 (Holy Cow 2000) celebrated their 20th anniversary with a mega concert at Lisbon's Paradise Garage that included such special guests as Tony Barracuda, the raw fish eater; the sexy Miss Suzie Peterson with her theatrical impersonations and Phil Mendrix, Portugal's incomparable guitar genius.
