Plot / Synopsis
Paraschiv, known as "The Razor", is a tough convict with 28 years of detention. During the communist regime, he had been an undercover agent and his new mission is to get back in jail and kill a young boy called Litera. Much to everybody's surprise, the two of them form a very special friendship. Litera had become persona non-grata because, back in December 1989, he had happened to see certain very important characters carrying a bag full of dollars. However, instead of playing by the rules, "The Razor" doesn't kill the young boy and thus brings upon him the anger of very influent persons.
