The Big Flip is a documentarythat explores the rise of “flipped” families, where traditional gender roles are reversed whenmothers earn the money and fathers take care of home and kids. Over 18 months, The Big Flip follows the lives of four such families in Portland,Seattle, Washington, D.C. and Nashville. We see the triumphs and challenges that accompany men and women in theireffort to simultaneously parent and pursue their professional careers.
