Collection of 15 black and white documentary films produced between 1962 and 1963 by Jean Manzoni Institute for Research and Social Studies (IPES), the begining established in November 29, 1961 to, in essence, advertising aimed at destabilizing the government of Joao Goulart , which had recently assumed the presidency, not without struggle (see Legality of the campaign) due to the resignation of Janio Quadros, of which he was vice in 1961. Invaluable historical documents to understand the role of civilians in civil-military dictatorship that Brazil was established in 1964 and prevented the maturation of our democracy for 21 years.
